What is a Bali airport transfer?

An airport transfer is a private, pre-arranged pickup: your driver waits for you at Ngurah Rai International Airport, helps with luggage and drives you directly to your hotel or villa. Unlike airport taxis, the price is fixed by area and agreed before you fly — no meter, no negotiation after a long flight.

How much does a Bali airport transfer cost?

Fixed prices per area as of 2026: USD 14 for Kuta / Seminyak / Nusa Dua; USD 17 for Canggu / Sanur / Uluwatu; USD 22 for Ubud; and USD 35 for an over-zone airport drop. The price covers the car, the driver and fuel for the direct route — it is per car, not per person.

Where do you get picked up?

After landing at Ngurah Rai International Airport, walk through immigration and the arrivals hall — your driver will be waiting there for you. Message on WhatsApp when you land and the driver will confirm the meeting point. The ride to your hotel starts straight away, with an air-conditioned car and space for your luggage.

How long does it take from the airport to your hotel?

• Kuta: around 20–30 minutes.
• Seminyak and Nusa Dua: around 30–40 minutes.
• Sanur and Canggu: around 35–45 minutes.
• Ubud: around 60–90 minutes depending on traffic.

What if my flight is delayed?

Flights land late all the time — it is normal in Bali. Send a quick WhatsApp message with your new arrival time and the driver will adjust the pickup. Because the transfer is booked directly with a small local team, there is no call center in the middle.
